You’ll support high-quality property, agent, and corporate marketing across the Place brand perfect for a designer with 1-2 years’ experience who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment and loves seeing their work come to life.
About The Role
Working closely with our Art Director and Campaign Coordination team, you’ll play a key role in producing polished, on-brand marketing collateral. From property brochures and signboards to bespoke campaign artwork and staff profiles, your creativity and attention to detail will help maintain Place’s reputation for design excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and assisting with bespoke artwork for vendor-paid, agent, agency and corporate campaigns
- Reviewing and approving vendor-paid marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and quality
- Editing and formatting staff profile imagery for digital and print platforms
- Preparing artwork files for commercial printing and in-house production
- Maintaining organised and accurate file management systems
- Providing general administrative support to help the team achieve design excellence
- Delivering friendly, responsive and professional internal customer service
- 1-2 years’ experience in graphic design or creative support within an agency or similar environment
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Confidence in taking briefs and following creative direction
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in file setup and formatting
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine “how can I help?” attitude
