Description:
Seeking a skilled Office Administrator to assist my client based in Bayswater.
Requiring an Immediate start, you will be working within a Not for Profit organisation that provides home care services to the elderly ensuring they can live independently in their homes.
Duties will include:
- Reconciliation of invoices
- Cross checking services provided to clients and hours allocated to care staff
- Liaising with support workers to ensure hours are recorded correctly
- Reconciliation of supplier invoices for goods and services
- Updating subcontractors information and ensuring relevant clearances have been attained
- Generating reports for billable hours using excel
- General administration duties
There is some flexibility will hours with a minimum of 5 hours a day - Monday to Friday or can be full time hours if preferred.
The role will require someone for 3 - 4 weeks and must be able to start immediately.
