Description:

Seeking a skilled Office Administrator to assist my client based in Bayswater.


Requiring an Immediate start, you will be working within a Not for Profit organisation that provides home care services to the elderly ensuring they can live independently in their homes.


Duties will include:

  • Reconciliation of invoices
  • Cross checking services provided to clients and hours allocated to care staff
  • Liaising with support workers to ensure hours are recorded correctly
  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices for goods and services
  • Updating subcontractors information and ensuring relevant clearances have been attained
  • Generating reports for billable hours using excel
  • General administration duties


There is some flexibility will hours with a minimum of 5 hours a day - Monday to Friday or can be full time hours if preferred.


The role will require someone for 3 - 4 weeks and must be able to start immediately.
