Location: Remote (open internationally)
Type: Contract / Part-time (with potential to grow in-house over time)

Pay Band: $45–$65/hour, $1,500–$3,000 per month

The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support the execution of creative assets across Bare Mum’s digital, social, and campaign channels.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who enjoys bringing a brand to life through strong visual execution, while working within clearly defined brand guidelines.
We’re seeking a designer whose personal design style and visual judgement naturally aligns with Bare Mum – calm, considered, emotionally intelligent, and restrained. This role suits someone who can intuitively understand the brand and execute within it, rather than requiring heavy creative reinterpretation.
You’ll work closely with our Content team, including our Brand & Creative Lead and Content & Social Lead, and collaborate with the Campaign & Performance Manager when campaign assets are required.
What You’ll Do
- Design visual assets for organic social media (posts, carousels, stories)
- Support paid media creative where required (static and simple animated assets)
- Design and adapt campaign assets across multiple formats and channels, including:
- Website banners and homepage tiles
- Email and EDM graphics
- Social, paid, and retail digital assets
- Execute designs across a range of media formats, including:
- Packaging layouts (supporting work only)
- Advertising media (social-first)
- Presentation and marketing materials
- Apply technical skills across relevant techniques, including:
- Basic illustration and iconography
- Light 2D motion or animation (where required)
- Photography and video asset adaptation
- Ensure all work is on-brand, consistent, and production-ready
- Work efficiently across multiple briefs and timelines
Tools & Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of digital-first design formats, including:
- Social media advertising assets
- Website and UI-adjacent design (banners, tiles, graphics)
- Presentation and marketing materials
- Ability to adapt creative across different media and formats, including:
- Basic illustration and iconography
- Light 2D motion or animated assets
- Photography and videography asset adaptation across channels
