To be considered, you will have fantastic customer service and computer skills to assist the relevant staff and managers. You will also have excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills to deal with our customers and stakeholders as well as demonstrating proper attention to detail.
Role
- Greet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Answer all phone enquiries and operate a busy switchboard
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact
- Assist with a variety of administration tasks in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and ad hoc tasks as deemed necessary by management
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful attitude
- Strong listening & problem-solving skills.
- Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
- Computer Literate
- Able to multitask and prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent communication, organisation, and inter-personal skills.
- A polite and professional telephone manner
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Experience in a Dealership Receptionist role is preferred but not essential
