Own and shape the ANZ commercial strategy, moving beyond business maintenance to proactively identify untapped market segments, prioritize high-value opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.
Work closely with the distributors and end consumers like
Strengthen and enable the channel ecosystem-including distributors, resellers, and system integrators-through hands-on project support, bid assistance, and targeted training that elevates sales capability and product expertise.
Serve as the critical conduit between the local market and global headquarters, tracking competitive dynamics and delivering actionable insights to product and marketing teams to maintain market leadership.
Accelerate demand generation by developing trusted relationships with consultants and end users, partnering closely with Applications Engineers to deliver compelling solution demonstrations and seamless technical commissioning.
Collaborate with Global Business Development to manage strategic global accounts and alliances, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for key customers across regions.
Partner creatively with marketing to deliver impactful conferences, seminars, and industry events that strengthen brand presence and deepen market engagement.
Design, schedule, and deliver high-impact training programs for distributors, system integrators, consultants, and dealers, reinforcing product value propositions and advanced sales techniques.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on market and competitor activity, translating insights into informed strategic action.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
8-10+ years of progressive professional experience, demonstrating deep technical expertise in audio principles, systems, and professional audio products.
Proven exposure to channel management and global account environments, considered a strong advantage.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-dimensional challenges.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage effectively across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, paired with a high level of attention to detail.
Advanced computer literacy, with experience using SAP or similar ERP systems viewed as a plus.
Flexibility and willingness to travel as business needs require.
