Description:
- Lead assigned project streams within the SAP SuccessFactors program
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate business, technical, and vendor stakeholders
- Drive requirements validation and delivery alignment
- Maintain project plans, reporting, and governance artefacts
- Support program-level decision making and approvals
- Contribute to steering committee and executive reporting
- Assist with contractor onboarding and team coordination
Requirements:
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Proven experience delivering HRIS or ERP projects
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors delivery exposure
- Strong multi-stream project management capability
- Experience working in large or complex organisations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong governance, planning, and RAID management skills
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams
- Able to operate in environments maturing in digital delivery
