Description:
- Lead cyber security projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cyber security projects.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on project progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project deliverables.
- Oversee resource allocation and manage third-party vendors as required.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to achieve project success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in IT project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently (2-3 projects).
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira; experience with Project Online and SAP Project Management modules is highly desirable.
- Good Understanding of Cyber Security frameworks.
- High-level interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Experience delivering projects in large-scale and complex organisations.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
- Skilled in cost, time, and quality management, including RAID and Change Control processes.
