Description:

Services Required:

  • Initiate new projects and deliver high level communication to stakeholders ensuring they are briefed on projects objectives, milestones and progress.
  • Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders including cross-agency representatives, consultants and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate multiple work streams, work packages, and activities against target deadlines within a time-critical work environment to ensure that deliverables are prioritised and completed within the specified timeframes.
  • Produce system/applications artefacts based on industry standard project management methodologies tailored to agile oriented practices.
  • Facilitate business stakeholder or internal ICT workshops for requirements gathering and/or other business analysis activities as required.
  • Scope, plan and co-ordinate delivery of work activities that include multiple IT teams, suppliers, service partners
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and within quality tolerances.
  • Work with the Product support teams to ensure successful transition of project outcomes to support.
  • Maintain own professional development whilst contributing to a learning culture with the aim of achieving best practice Dynamics implementations.

Note: this is a hands-on role which is expected to be proficient in promptly producing and managing work schedules, using office applications, facilitating meetings, and producing related action items, artefacts, info graphics, and documents. It is not a role which delegates to or relies on others to produce these sorts of outcomes.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications/Certifications/Skills· Practical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics functionality.

· Working on critical systems in complex and diverse business environments.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, work packages and activities.

· Demonstrated ability to plan and schedule projects using appropriate tools and monitor projects to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, time and scope, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.

· Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, manage and motivate a project team including planning and prioritising work, ensuring deadlines are met, managing budget and resources, maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in the absence of decision makers.

· Proven ability to gather information and advice for business and systems analysis, and design so that the systems meet business requirements.

· Well-developed change management skills, with the ability to manage the change process, identifying and defining specific measures by which benefits can be measured and monitored.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain project communication channels and facilitate collaboration and open communication amongst stakeholder groups.

· Builds and maintains positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and customers, and possess a high degree of interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders of all levels and styles.
