What you’ll do:

  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, aligned with business priorities and the One Firm GTM strategy.
  • Create and review content, ensuring consistency, clarity, and relevance across thought leadership, digital platforms, and marketing collateral, while simplifying complex information for various audiences.
  • Assess marketing ROI and leverage insights to optimize future strategies, while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, industry leaders, and global counterparts.
  • Champion PwC’s brand and governance standards, collaborating across teams to promote a unified client-first marketing approach and support brand positioning initiatives.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven B2B marketing experience with expertise in end-to-end campaign strategy development and integrating business performance metrics to demonstrate ROI.
  • Strong collaborator skilled at connecting stakeholders across Industry, Business, and Growth Priorities, including working effectively with C-suite leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Agile mindset with adaptability to dynamic settings; professional services experience and team management skills are desirable.

The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700 including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
