The Opportunity
The Campaign Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of nationwide marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. We’re looking for a highly creative and innovative thinker who can bring bold ideas to life across integrated marketing channels. A strong understanding of the Australian market landscape is essential, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on, collaborative working style.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Campaign Strategy & Execution:
•Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with global direction and local business objectives.
•Lead end-to-end campaign management, including planning, budgeting, creative development, media buying, and performance tracking.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Merchandising Planning, Instore Merchandising, E-Commerce, Inventory, Store Operation) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
2.Brand &Customer Engagement:
•Strengthen UNIQLO’s brand positioning through innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
•Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
•Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels (instore, digital, social, PR, etc.).
3.Stakeholder & Team Leadership:
•Act as a key liaison between global/regional teams and local markets to adapt global campaign for national execution.
•Prepare and present campaign performance reports to senior management.
4.Innovation & Market Trends:
•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
•Propose new ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Skills, experience and knowledge
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing within a retail or consumer-focused environment, with a proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels.
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, including content strategy development, scheduling, and paid advertising execution.
- Proven track record working with media and creative agencies, including briefing, media planning, content development, and campaign execution.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects across stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with briefs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in campaign performance tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms is a plus.

- Strong understanding of the Australian market , including consumer behaviour, media landscape, and cultural nuances
