Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Diploma and Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our vibrant Tallawong service.
In this dual role, you will guide educational practice, deliver high-quality programs, and support children’s individual learning and development through engaging, play-based experiences that foster growth and curiosity.
Responsibilities
- Support educators in delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences.
- Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities.
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.
- Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
