Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. As Operations Coordinator, you’ll support the daily operations of the business while helping drive efficiency, structure, and momentum as Copini scales.
You’ll work closely with the founders and broader team across administration, product development support, operations, and customer experience. This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
About You- Strong operations and administrative experience, with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a mindset for improving systems and processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable multitasking
- Proficiency with common business tools and software (e.g. Google Workspace, Shopify, project management tools)
- You must be excited by growth and change over the next 6–12 months
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and enjoys both structure and creativity
- High-ownership role with visibility across the business
