What Your Day Will Look Like
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Mercedes-Benz vehicles to factory standards
- Performing scheduled maintenance, mechanical repairs, and system upgrades
- Using advanced diagnostic tools and Mercedes-Benz software to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborating with service advisors and workshop controllers to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain accurate job records and adhere to Mercedes-Benz quality procedures
- Continuously improve your technical knowledge through ongoing manufacturer training
- Contribute to a positive team culture built on trust, excellence, and professionalism
- Recognised Automotive Trade Qualification (Cert III or above)
- Current MVTC
- Current and valid NSW driver's licence
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- Reliability, honesty, and a high level of personal integrity
- Proven ability to meet factory repair times and performance targets efficiently
- Modern workshop with the latest diagnostic tooling and machinery
- On-going learning and development with support from the Mercedes-Benz training academy
