As our Content & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role crafting engaging digital content and supporting campaigns that build brand awareness and community engagement across our centres. You’ll partner closely with Operations, People & Culture, and our Videographer to deliver compelling stories and measurable results.
Responsibilities
Social & Digital Content
- Ideate, create, curate and schedule content across social media, website and other digital channels.
- Collate content from centres and ensure it aligns with brand values and guidelines.
- Analyse performance, optimise content and grow community engagement.
- Monitor online activity, report on results and recommend improvements.
- Contribute ideas to marketing plans that increase reach, engagement, traffic and conversion.
- Coordinate with our Videographer to deliver on-brand visual assets.
- Maintain an organised digital asset library.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support timelines and budgets; collaborate with the Marketing Manager to track campaign performance.
- Assist with day-to-day offline marketing activities.
- Support development of marketing communications (print, advertising, press releases, newsletters).
- Create engaging web content and support website analytics and optimisation.
- Champion brand consistency and best-practice usage across centres.
- Provide creative input and coordination for photography and video content.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital media, content creation or social marketing.
- Strong writing and stakeholder communication skills.
- Confident using social scheduling, analytics and web editing tools; SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Sound graphic design skillset (desirable).
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to centre locations as required.
- Ability to obtain a current Working with Children Blue Card and National Police Check.
