Description:
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
- Prepare quotations in Salesforce and convert to SAP orders upon receipt of purchase orders.
- Enter and acknowledge all orders within 24 hours.
- Confirm delivery dates and coordinate fulfilment across internal teams.
- Monitor contract pricing, understand Incoterms, and support export documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data in SAP and Salesforce.
- Support database accuracy and prepare reports.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with invoice disputes, PO reconciliation, credit processes, and credit hold releases.
- Escalate urgent issues and follow through to resolution.
- Provide regular feedback to Account Leads.
Requirements:
A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
- Minimum 5 years' B2B customer service experience
- Background in mining, logistics, supply chain, or warehousing (highly advantageous)
- Strong SAP experience (preferred)
- Confident MS Office skills, especially intermediate-advanced Excel
- Familiarity with CPQ, Salesforce, Incoterms (desirable)
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing priorities
- Ethical, trustworthy, and receptive to feedback
- Resilient, adaptable, and team‑focused
- Confident working with data, processes, and technical systems
