Description:

  • Support the project team in achieving objectives within set timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all project messaging.
  • Reduce pressure on the existing team, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate engagement activities to ensure project goals are met.
  • Provide advice and insights to the project team on stakeholder concerns and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant public sector guidelines and policies.



Requirements:

A successful AO5 Project Engagement Officer should have:

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of public sector policies and procedures.
  • Experience in preparing professional reports and presentations.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.

Conditions:

  • Competitive hourly rate $69.21 p/h
