- Support the project team in achieving objectives within set timelines and budgets.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.

- Monitor and evaluate engagement activities to ensure project goals are met.
- Provide advice and insights to the project team on stakeholder concerns and expectations.

Requirements:
A successful AO5 Project Engagement Officer should have:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of public sector policies and procedures.
- Experience in preparing professional reports and presentations.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
