Description:
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, valuation and returns modelling (NPV, IRR, ROI, payback).
- Analyse clinic‑level and group financial performance, identifying margin trends, operational drivers, inefficiencies, risks and commercial opportunities.
- Produce high‑quality monthly reporting packs, financial dashboards and executive‑level insights that directly support decision‑making.
- Run, interpret and enhance Power BI (or similar) reporting to standardise metrics and improve visibility across the business.
- Support acquisition activity, including financial due diligence, valuation assessments, integration modelling and post‑acquisition performance tracking.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and long‑range financial plans, including sensitivity analysis and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.
- Strengthen internal processes by helping build scalable reporting frameworks, analytical tools and data structures to support rapid growth.
- Partner with finance, operations and executive stakeholders to translate complex financial information into actionable commercial recommendations.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA Qualified or equivalent
- Has a deep understanding of financial statements and commercial drivers.
- Ideally comes from professional services (Big 4 or mid‑tier audit, deals, valuations or consulting) with strong analytical fundamentals.
- Has transitioned into a commercial or industry role such as FP&A, commercial finance, corporate development or strategy.
- Brings advanced financial modelling skills and experience with valuation techniques (NPV, IRR, ROI, scenario analysis).
- Confident working with data and translating complex insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
- Thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Curious, proactive and commercially minded - someone who challenges thinking and brings fresh ideas.
- Ambitious and motivated by exposure to private equity, acquisitions and value creation, wanting rapid growth and impact.
