Description:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within the energy and natural resources industry, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports and updates for key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimise project processes and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing renewable energy projects, with experience gained from the Client/developer side as a project manager preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Conditions:
- Competitive salary package ranging from $190000 to $210000 AUD base salary plus super.
