Description:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts and related documentation.
- Support the Procurement & Supply Chain team with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement and administrative practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in contract management and administrative support roles
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Confidence using relevant software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving and improving processes
