The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Events Marketing team at our conveniently located Darlinghurst office! This role is perfect for a creative and highly organised marketing professional who loves music and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a Marketing Coordinator at TMRW Music, you’ll assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for some of Australia’s fastest-growing electronic tours and events. You’ll work across digital, social, and traditional channels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Manage and update event content calendars.
  • Create and publish engaging marketing content across channels.
  • Coordinate with creatives to produce compelling assets.
  • Manage social media profiles, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
  • Develop and send email campaigns and track performance metrics.
  • Organise marketing files, budgets, and campaign documents.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with reporting.


About You

  • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in music, entertainment, or events.
  • Proven success coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising.
  • Experience with paid digital media campaigns.
  • Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Creative problem solver with acute attention to detail.
  • Passion for music and knowledge of the electronic music scene.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
