Join our busy wholesale nursery team in Monbulk!

We are looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and ready to learn.

• Nursery experience preferred
• Great communication & attention to detail
• Fast Learner with strong work ethic
• Manual car license essential
• Tractor experience a bonus but not required.
  
  

Farm Hand Role Duties

• Assisting with daily nursery operations including but not limited to potting, pruning, general plant care
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Preparing and processing customer orders
• Managing labels
• Monitoring plant health and reporting any issues
• Operating machinery and tools safely
• Supporting the dispatch and delivery processed
• Following work health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace

This role is based in Monbulk, however at times of the year travel to Gembrook is expected.
