Description:
Day to day duties involve:
* High-level executive support including complex diary, email and travel management
* Coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple locations
* Preparing presentations and executive documentation, including board papers
* Managing expenses and reconciliations
* Coordinating stakeholder, board and industry engagements
* Organising team meetings, offsites, charity days and networking events
* Supporting investor roadshows, site visits and maintaining investor databases
* Maintaining intranet content and document management systems
* Providing broader administrative support to the Group Treasury team as required

* Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong Microsoft Office capability
