Description:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organisational transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess change impacts and develop effective communication plans.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives to senior leadership.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.
- Work closely with the Human Resources department to align change initiatives with organisational goals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams during the change process.
- Evaluate the success of change initiatives and recommend improvements for future projects.
Requirements:
A successful Organisational Change Project Manager should have:
- A strong background in change management and HR within the public sector.
- Proven experience in delivering organisational change projects including redundancies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Human Resources processes and practices.
- A commitment to fostering sustainable and innovative practices.
- An empathetic and kind nature.
Conditions:
- Competitive hourly rate of $87 - $116 per hour plus super (VPS 6 equivalent)
