Drill And Blast Personnel RequiredTrue Resources is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Drill and Blast Personnel professionals for our client's established mine-site operation in Western Australia. We have multiple positions available within a small, collaborative team environment.

- Drill / Blast Hole Driller (F9/T45/D65 Experience)
- Hourly rate: $55 - $62 per hour
- Immediate start available
- Lead drilling operations on established mine site
- Hourly rate: $45 - $55 per hour (depending on experience)
- Immediate start available
- Experience highly preferable
- Work alongside 1 shotfirer and 1 other blast crew member
- 2:1 manageable FIFO roster from Perth (flying out Tuesdays, potentially moving to Wednesdays)
- Comfortable and private accommodation

- Operating blast hole drilling equipment (F9/T45 for Driller position)
- Supporting blast operations and shotfiring activities
- Completing necessary safety paperwork and processes
- Assisting with routine maintenance and equipment checks
- Assisting with loading and unloading heavy vehicles
- Setting up/dismantling/moving drill rigs and blast equipment
- Working collaboratively within a small, dedicated team
- Other duties as required
- For Drill / Blast Hole Driller: Experience on F9/T45/D65 drilling rigs (essential)
- For Blast Crew: Previous blast crew or mining experience (highly preferable)
- Hold a current HR-B Licence
- Clean NPC from within the last 3 months
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Strong commitment to safety and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident
- Ready to start immediately
