A leading manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Welder to join their team at a state-of-the-art facility located in Wetherill Park . This is a full-time, day shift position running Monday to Friday , with regular overtime available .

The Role As a Welder/fabricator you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide range of production machinery to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair stainless steel and other metal components for bakery equipment and production lines.
- Perform TIG, MIG, and arc welding to meet food-grade standards and site specifications.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring welds meet safety, hygiene, and quality requirements.
- Modify and install piping systems, conveyors, ovens, mixers, and other production machinery as needed.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to carry out accurate fabrication and installation work.
- Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades, breakdown repairs, and continuous improvement projects
- Shift for these roles is 7.00am to 3.30pm.
- Monthly RDO accrual of 8 hours.
- Payroll is monthly - paid 165.929 hours per month for consistency in take home pay.
- pay rate is $49 per hour
