Head of Relationship Management
Leading Australian Fund Manager | Sydney
A Leading Australian Fund Manager is seeking an experienced Head of Relationship Management to lead a team of four, responsible for building and expanding relationships with retail and wholesale direct investors.
Reporting to the Head of Distribution, this role will drive capital raising initiatives across property and private credit funds while ensuring seamless client service in partnership with operations and registry partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the relationship management team.
- Oversee distribution of financial products to direct investors.
- Drive capital raising initiatives across property, healthcare, agriculture, industrial, and real estate debt products.
- Strengthen investor relationships and provide strategic support.
- Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and best-in-class client service.
- Contribute to product design and sales initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or property (postgrad desirable).
- RG 146 qualified with 5-7+ years in capital raising or relationship management.
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of investment fundamentals and direct investor engagement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience advantageous.
