Description:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress against targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build networks.

Requirements:

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the furniture industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • A valid driver's licence for travel to client sites.
