Description:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress against targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build networks.
Requirements:
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- Proven experience in sales or account management within the furniture industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.
- A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- A valid driver's licence for travel to client sites.
