Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor located in Ballarat, VIC. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities include managing site teams, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any on-site challenges. Effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and scheduling
- Skills in team leadership, workforce coordination, and on-site supervision
- Experience in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in residential construction is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to site locations as required
