Responsibilities

- Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times.
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Pay: $56,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
