Description:

We’re seeking a Drafting & Design Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant and buildable design documentation across our project portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Design you’ll work closely with internal teams and external consultants to review, coordinate and quality-check architectural documentation - ensuring designs are accurate, achievable and aligned with Harnest standards. From time to time, you’ll also contribute to in-house design and documentation production.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical rigour, collaboration and seeing great design translate into great outcomes on site .

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review, coordinate and produce architectural documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance and buildability
  • Champion best-practice Revit use across projects
  • Support the Design Manager with design programmes, resourcing and coordination
  • Collaborate with project teams and external consultants to resolve design risks
  • Complete QA reviews and ensure compliance with standards and internal systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation efficiency and reduce costs

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Architecture or Building Design, with strong knowledge of Australian codes and standards
  • Advanced Revit proficiency and experience coordinating documentation across multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail-driven and able to manage priorities independently
  • Confident, collaborative communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Degree in Architecture or Diploma in Building Design
