About The RoleWe’re on the hunt for a Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You’ll be shooting, editing, and jumping in front of the camera to bring bold, fun, and scroll-stopping ideas to life. From snappy videos to lifestyle/product shots, you’ll create content that’s not just on-brand, but ad-ready and versatile across platforms. You’ll jump on on what’s trending, repurpose content across channels, and team up with our creatives and marketers to make campaigns pop, all while keeping things playful, fresh, and very Hismile.

Role Responsibilities
- Shooting and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Creating content both in front of the camera and behind it.
- Developing ideas that are bold, playful, and on-brand.
- Tracking what’s performing across platforms and adapting content accordingly.
- Producing ad-ready creative that converts while keeping the fun tone of Hismile.
- Capturing lifestyle/product stills for social, retail, and digital use.
- Jumping on trends and pitching fresh, shareable concepts.
- Collaborating with the creative and marketing team to bring campaigns to life.
- Repurposing content across different channels while keeping consistency.
- Staying tapped into culture, memes, and what’s trending online.
- Existing content creating experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Bonus points for experience using After Effects
