About The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will install, maintain and service office print devices and related technology. You'll learn diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for our range of print equipment, networking setups, and document workflow software solutions. You will also be cross trained in additional devices and technology to provide relief support when required. This is a hands-on role where your willingness to learn and apply yourself will be key. You will work collaboratively within a supportive team environment and receive comprehensive training from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and service office print devices
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues
- Configure networking and document handling solutions
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Support other service teams during peak periods through cross-training
- Current Australian Driver's License
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Willingness to learn and apply yourself (full training provided)
Desirable (nice To Have - Not Essential)
- Technical interest or basic mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Interest or exposure to networking and document workflow solutions
- Customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, service) is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks and due to the sites you will be working on obtaining and maintaining a valid working with children check.
