How You'll Contribute
As a senior team member, you will lead research, develop strategic insights, implement foresights and futures methodologies, and deliver high quality briefs. In this role, you will:
- Mentor team members in strategic thinking, frameworks and processes.
- Use your extensive professional networks while continuing to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead trends scanning, secondary research, and expert consultations to inform evidence-based reporting.
- Facilitate workshops, engage with the community, and influence executives through high-level discussions and engaging presentations.
- Manage projects to deliver high-quality outputs with speed and efficiency.
- Communicate complex ideas with clarity and influence.
