Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Housekeeper role located in Sydney, NSW. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned facilities, which include tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and performing laundry services. Additional responsibilities include reporting maintenance issues, ensuring supplies are restocked, and providing excellent service to clients and residents.
Qualifications
- Laundry and general cleaning skills, with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and residents in a professional and respectful manner
- Excellent organization skills to manage daily tasks effectively and maintain required supplies
- Willingness to undergo training to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines is advantageous
- Previous housekeeping experience in commercial or residential settings is a plus
