Our client is a well established and highly reputable civil contractor with a strong presence throughout Perth, and are urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Supervisor to lead subdivision projects and site teams.

The Role

In this hands on leadership role you will be responsible for managing all daily site operations on subdivision projects including earthworks, drainage, roadworks and service installations. You will lead, motivate and coordinate site crews and subcontractors to ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

You will work closely with project management to plan and schedule works, identify and resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with clients, engineers and suppliers. Your ability to drive productivity, enforce safety protocols and maintain quality will be critical to the success of each project.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic civil construction environment, enjoys leading teams and is keen to progress their career into senior supervisory or project management roles.

Key Responsibilities

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll have proven experience delivering subdivisions in Perth and a strong track record leading and supervising teams on site. You bring a hunger to succeed and a genuine desire to help create a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work and being part of a great team.

• Have at least 3 years experience in civil construction.
• Hands on experience with local subdivision and land development projects
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with your team and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to various sites across Perth.
