About The Opportunity
We are seeking 2 highly motivated and experienced Cleaner/Drivers to join our Building Construction and Maintenance section on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be part of a team that takes genuine pride in delivering high-quality work. This is a hands-on, varied role that includes driving a cleaning van between sites, maintaining offices, halls, and public areas, setting up meeting rooms, and keeping kitchens and amenities in excellent condition.
From vacuuming and polishing floors to preparing spaces for events, every task contributes to creating safe, welcoming environments, and every day you will see the impact of your work.
Essential
Qualifications and experience
- Basic commercial cleaning experience
- Current class C driver's licence
- Minimum of 2-3 years of driving experience.
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,197.30 per week
- 38-hour working week
- Rostered Day Off (RDO) every fortnight
