About The Role

  • Reporting to the Operations and Marketing Manager, the Omnichannel Operations Executive plays a critical role in the flawless execution of offline pop-up events and selected online sales. This is a hands-on operational role where precision, reliability, and accountability are essential
  • You will progressively take ownership of larger and more complex events as your confidence and expertise grow

Key Responsibilities

Offline event operations (pop-up sales)

Pre-event preparation

  • Prepare and upload stock lists and quota rules into Shopify and internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate with brand and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of stock and furniture to event venues
  • Ensure all systems and operational processes are fully prepared ahead of each event

During event

  • Receive and verify incoming stock, ensuring full accuracy against delivery documentation
  • Own the inbound inventory process for assigned events, from scanning to system entry
  • Prepare and communicate inbound reports to brand partners clearly and professionally
  • Support the physical setup of events, progressively taking ownership of setup responsibilities
  • Assist with testing Shopify POS systems prior to going live
  • Provide backend operational support during sales, including inventory and promotion updates
  • Support the sales team as required to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Assist with preparing and sharing daily sales reports with brand partners

Post-event

  • Own the repacking and outbound inventory process, ensuring zero discrepancies
  • Coordinate bump-out logistics and ensure all stock is accurately accounted for
  • Liaise with brand partners to communicate outbound reports and resolve any required adjustments

Online event operations (warehouse supervision)

  • Travel to warehouses in Western Sydney and occasionally Melbourne to supervise selected online events
  • Oversee inbound processes at 3PL warehouses, ensuring accuracy and escalating issues promptly
  • Monitor pick and pack processes to ensure compliance with brand requirements and internal standards
  • Act as the key liaison between warehouse teams and the e-commerce team
  • Support warehouse teams with operational queries and guidance
  • Identify and propose process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain exceptional accuracy across all stock movements
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with 3PL partners

  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • Employment type: Permanent, full-time
  • Working arrangement: Hybrid of 4 office days per week
  • Start date: ASAP

Requirements

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years' experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
  • Strong background in stock control and inventory accuracy
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments such as retail, e-commerce, or FMCG
  • Proven ability to work under pressure during peak trading or event periods
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential
  • Comfortable using scanner systems and inventory management software
  • Experience with Shopify and Shopify POS systems is advantageous
  • Experience working with 3PL warehouse partners is advantageous
  • Luxury goods and or cosmetics handling experience is a plus
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods, moving stock, and working in warehouse environments in line with Australian WHS requirements
  • Availability to work long days and occasional weekends during major events
