St Trinity Property Group
Sydney Full-day Full-time

Description:

Bring your creative edge to one of Australia’s most dynamic property groups. At St Trinity and Liviti , we’re not just building developments — we’re building stories that connect people, places, and possibilities. We’re looking for a versatile Content Creator & Videographer who can capture that spirit and translate it into scroll-stopping short-form content for our brand and its growing audience.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Creative variety: Produce content that spans property, lifestyle, investment, education, and community initiatives.

  • Real impact: Create engaging stories that showcase the brand’s people, projects, and purpose.

  • Hands-on ownership: From concept to camera to cut — this is your stage to create and experiment.

  • Stability: Full-time, in-house position based in Sydney (not remote).

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the content calendar — plan, storyboard, schedule, and publish across St Trinity’s digital channels.

  • Capture and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn) with sharp hooks and clean pacing.

  • Write compelling copy and captions tailored for corporate, community, and lifestyle audiences.

  • Direct and coach on-camera talent — from team members to clients — to tell authentic brand stories.

  • Film on location across Sydney — from office spaces and project sites to events and developments (approx. 1 day/week).

  • Edit efficiently using your preferred platform (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) with strong motion and captioning skills.

  • Publish, analyse, and optimise content performance based on engagement and data insights.

  • Manage digital assets, approvals, and brand compliance across multiple stakeholders.

  • Stay current with social trends and propose fresh, relevant content ideas aligned with business priorities.

  • 1–4+ years of experience in a content creation, videography, or social media role (in-house or agency).

  • Proven ability to film, light, and record audio using mobile or mirrorless/DSLR setups.

  • Skilled in editing for vertical formats , adding captions/subtitles, and refining sound design.

  • Confident copywriting and a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition .

  • Professional presence when working with internal teams, clients, and partners.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
