Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Digital and ICT teams to integrate data between legacy systems and the new Microsoft CRM solution.
  • Build, maintain, and support integrations using Workato, with opportunities for training and upskilling.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration workflows.
  • Develop and maintain integration processes for key organisational functions, such as:
    • Syncing counselling sessions into CRM
    • Tracking patient accommodation and transport services
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to data modelling, system optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Requirements:

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience, ideally with CRM and/or Fundraising & Engagement.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Strong experience with T‑SQL.
  • Development experience in two or more of the following technology areas:



Integration Platforms:

      • Workato
      • Logic Apps
      • Azure Data Factory



Microsoft Power Platform:

      • Power Automate
      • Power Apps
      • Power BI
      • Copilot Studio



Database Tools:

      • SQL Server
      • Azure Data Studio



Conditions:

  • Day rate contract with view to extend.
