Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Digital and ICT teams to integrate data between legacy systems and the new Microsoft CRM solution.
- Build, maintain, and support integrations using Workato, with opportunities for training and upskilling.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration workflows.
- Develop and maintain integration processes for key organisational functions, such as:
- Syncing counselling sessions into CRM
- Tracking patient accommodation and transport services
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to data modelling, system optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Skills & Experience
- Previous Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience, ideally with CRM and/or Fundraising & Engagement.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong experience with T‑SQL.
- Development experience in two or more of the following technology areas:
Integration Platforms:
- Workato
- Logic Apps
- Azure Data Factory
Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Power BI
- Copilot Studio
Database Tools:
- SQL Server
- Azure Data Studio
Conditions:
- Day rate contract with view to extend.
