Our Company
M3 Property is an industry leading independent property valuation company and has been Australia’s trusted valuation and advisory firm for over 40 years. We work with Australia’s blue chip and mid cap markets providing property valuation services to a number of property sectors. These include Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Residential Development, Health Aged Care and Seniors Living. We also work in the Rating and Taxation and Litigation and Acquisition space. Our Sydney office is approximately 40 people including valuers, valuation analysts, and the support team.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in property in a supportive work environment. You will find yourself working closely with our valuation teams and directors, who will in turn provide mentoring, education, and support as you work towards attaining CPV (Certified Practicing Valuer).
The ideal candidate
You will be motivated, ambitious, passionate about property, and looking to establish a career within the property industry. You will have great time management and organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and looking to achieve your CPV.
What does each day look like?
You will be assisting valuers in providing our clients’ valuations. As part of this you will attend inspections of properties, undertake research and analysis, and seek evidence to support valuations. You will also research sales and rental evidence, collecting data and importing into our property database. You will assist in the preparation of valuation reports, and other tasks under the supervision of a qualified Valuer.
What do you need to be a successful candidate?
You must be enrolled in an approved Australian Property Institute property course and may have completed or currently completing 2nd/3rd year of your tertiary studies. You will have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. You will be able to master the property software utilised within our business, i.e. EstateMaster and Forbury, as well as remain focussed and proactive in your own professional development and learning with the support of M3 Property.
