You’ll be the go-to person for logistics and administration support:
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and shutdown/mobilisation services.
- Process site access requests, rosters, and expense reconciliations.
- Manage end-to-end mobilisation requirements including training and domestic travel.
- Respond to queries and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Maintain data accuracy and prepare reports related to travel and accommodation.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational workshops.
- Provide system training for self-managed travel users and business partners.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, and corporate travel platforms.
- Previous experience in mining travel or complex travel management is a must!
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must have access to a car for travel requirements.
- Full working rights in Australia.
