About The Role

You’ll be the go-to person for logistics and administration support:

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and shutdown/mobilisation services.
  • Process site access requests, rosters, and expense reconciliations.
  • Manage end-to-end mobilisation requirements including training and domestic travel.
  • Respond to queries and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Maintain data accuracy and prepare reports related to travel and accommodation.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to operational workshops.
  • Provide system training for self-managed travel users and business partners.

About You

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, and corporate travel platforms.
  • Previous experience in mining travel or complex travel management is a must!
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Must have access to a car for travel requirements.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
