Description:

About Upwire

Upwire is a Sydney based technology company. Upwire builds enterprise-grade automation and communication solutions that help businesses deliver fast, secure, and personalised outcomes at scale. Our platform is developed entirely in-house, patented, and API-ready , allowing teams to automate complex workflows, orchestrate multi-channel communication, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems—all without writing extensive backend code.

We combine low-code/no-code tools, intelligent routing, and customer-focused modules to solve real-world problems like onboarding, claims processing, regulatory communications, and arrears management.

Each component—Playground, Nanosites, UpDoc, Global Delivery Engine, and more—can operate independently or as part of a broader solution , providing flexibility, speed, and compliance for our clients.

Upwire empowers teams in prominent organisations, including big 4 banks, lending, superannuation, share registry, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, retail to move faster, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable outcomes through a single, integrated platform that connects systems, automates processes, and drives customer engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

What problems do we solve?

Upwire is designed to address several pain points in customer communications, including:

  • Streamlined Onboarding and Engagement: Enhance the onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring the process is simple and effective.
  • Efficient Payments & Collections: Automated notifications and strategies for managing overdue payments with improved collection rates.
  • Customer Retention & Uplift: Engage customers at every phase of their lifecycle to maximise retention, upsell opportunities, and manage churn effectively.
  • Fragmented Tools: Managing SMS, email, IVR, and chatbot communications on separate platforms is inefficient and prone to errors. Teams are using different systems to access data required for themselves and their customers.
  • Scalability Challenges: Legacy systems often struggle to keep up with the demands of growing businesses.
