Their work spans industrial, healthcare, retail, education, hospitality and technology projects, delivering customised solutions for a diverse client base.
With a collaborative, professional culture and a strong focus on quality outcomes, they are looking for a Junior Estimator with a tertiary construction or related degree to join their team and grow their estimating career.
The Role
- Assist in the preparation of cost plans, budgets and tender submissions for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Support senior team members in estimating, risk management, and profitable project delivery
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Directors, and Business Development staff to produce competitive bids
- Help manage subcontractor pricing, trade engagement, and tender documentation
- Contribute to value engineering assessments and risk identification
- Participate in pre-submission reviews and handover to project delivery teams
- Tertiary qualification in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Some experience in estimating, project administration, or pre-construction within commercial construction or fit-out projects
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach
