About The Program

The PointsBet Tech Graduate Program is a full-time, 12-month program (with a potential 6-month extension), designed to launch your career in technology. You will be supported by experienced mentors, continuous learning opportunities, and a structured development plan designed to build your technical skills, business understanding and leadership potential.

We’re looking for grads who are curious, driven and will embody our PB Edge values of Own It, Be It and Solve It from day one.

Through multiple rotations across different Technology delivery teams, you will dive into various areas of technology such as engineering, business analysis, data, AI, cloud infrastructure, cyber security, QA and more. You will develop the skills, insight and confidence to deliver real customer outcomes through the delivery of products and platforms within a fast-paced, high-volume and highly performant digital business across multiple brands.

To be eligible to apply, you must have

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related STEM field by February 2026.
• Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, NZ Citizen or Permanent Residency at the time of application) (No sponsorship available).
• Be able to commence full-time work in our Melbourne office from April 2026.
  
  

Assessment Process

• Program Start Date: April 2026
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Hybrid Work Model: 3-4 days per week in our Melbourne, Cremorne office.
• Interview Process: Will include both in-person technical and behavioural interview stages.
