As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between businesses in need of exceptional talent and job seekers seeking their dream roles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively pursuing new business opportunities over the phone and in person while building and nurturing long lasting relationships with clients.
- Actively listening and understanding client recruitment needs, providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
- Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Becoming an industry expert through networking, asking the right questions and staying ahead of market trends.
- Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
- Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.
- Accountable for maintaining data integrity and correctly recording customer activity in Salesforce, for your benefit and that of the team around you.
Requirements:
To be a successful recruiter you need drive, resilience and a passion for building long term relationships. You must also have a clear sales aptitude and be comfortable with prospecting business from customers over the phone.
