About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Supply & Demand Planner to own demand planning, supply outcomes and inventory health across multiple markets and e-commerce channels. You'll play a critical role in enabling sustainable growth and high service levels through accurate demand planning and disciplined supply execution. The role is responsible for owning demand forecasts, supply and production planning, inventory optimisation, and purchase order management across all regions and e-commerce channels. With a strong focus on inventory health, analytics and SLOB reduction, the Supply & Demand Planner partners closely with internal teams, 3PL providers and international distributors to ensure product availability, operational efficiency and commercially sound planning decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Own demand forecasting and supply planning across global markets and e-commerce channels
- Translate demand and supply plans into accurate outcomes using Excel and Cin7 Omni
- Own end-to-end supply outcomes, ensuring pricing, quantities and delivery timelines are accurately managed
- Track production timelines and manage delivery risks with manufacturers
- Own manufacturer performance tracking, including delivery reliability and responsiveness
- Drive inventory health initiatives, including aged stock and SLOB reduction
- Maintain batch visibility from manufacturing through to warehousing and customer availability
- Maintain product and item master accuracy in Cin7 Omni
- Build and maintain planning dashboards that provide visibility, shared insight and alignment across the business
- Partner with Logistics and 3PLs on inventory visibility and variance analysis
- Support distributor forecast alignment and ongoing supply coordination
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory planning
- Strong Excel capability and confidence working with planning data
- Experience using Cin7 Omni or a similar ERP
- Comfortable working with manufacturers and external partners
- Structured, detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
