Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high performance within the store. Additional responsibilities include managing retail loss prevention measures, fostering a positive shopping experience, and achieving sales goals through effective team leadership and training.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and fostering Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills for team management and customer engagement
- Competency in Store Management and operations oversight
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention principles and practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
