Settlers Rest is looking for a reliable, hands-on Farm Hand to join our team at our beautiful property in Howes Valley. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a small, hardworking team, we’d love to hear from you. This is a practical, varied role where no two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing General farm and property maintenanceMowing, slashing, fencing and basic repairsAssisting with livestock feeding and care (where required)Operating farm machinery and equipmentHelping with seasonal jobs and special projectsKeeping the property safe, tidy and running smoothly About You Hard-working, reliable and self-motivatedComfortable working outdoors in all weatherPractical, hands-on and takes pride in a job well doneAble to work independently and as part of a small teamPrevious farm or rural experience preferred (but not essential)Driver’s licence required (machinery tickets a bonus) This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rural life, physical work, and being part of a property that takes pride in how it’s run.
