The RoleMontessori Academy is seeking passionate, creative, and dedicated Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our growing team across several established centres located in Southern Sydney. This is a wonderful opportunity for early childhood professionals who are deeply committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and who are eager to contribute to the continued success of our outstanding Montessori educational program.
Our campuses offer supportive and approachable Centre Managers, a collaborative team culture, exceptional professional development and training pathways, and beautifully designed learning environments - both indoors and outdoors.
The successful candidates will bring a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, a genuine passion for early childhood education, and an appreciation for the Montessori philosophy.
Positions are available across the following locations:
- Bexley
- Hurstville
- Earlwood
- Belmore
- Campsie
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within a team
- Strong appreciation for the importance of family engagement
- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard
- Passion for early childhood education and learning
- Commitment to the holistic development of each child
- An understanding of the Montessori philosophy is desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
- Availability between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing children's services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF
