Description:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Ensure stock is correctly received, stored and organised in the warehouse.
- Perform quality checks on packed goods to maintain standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements:
A successful Warehouse Picker, Packer & General Warehouse Operative should have:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items when required.
- A commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
